Where am I at on a scale of 1-10 with being aggressive? ⁣
Where am I at on a scale of 1-10 with being passive?⁣

From here I can usually tell if I am putting other’s needs before my own.⁣

If I am not taking care of myself. My next question is how can I do more self-care? What do I need in this situation?⁣

We see many women who are in the rhythm of taking care of everyone else first and themselves last. If this is you, what do YOU need to be cup full?⁣
